This webinar series will incorporate three courses surrounding grant writing readiness, the major components of the process and sustainability. This training will be made available just in time for the BCOR grant application deadline: February 15, 2021 and is available at no cost to all RCO’s across the state of Florida. CEU’s are also available through this training.

Do you speak SAMHSA? A grant writing and sustainability course.
This course will include essential information needed to prepare for grant Writing including:
1. Are you ready? A systems application checklist will be discussed, i.e., era Commons, grants.gov, SAM, DUNS, PMS, and SPARS.
2. We will review the structure of the grant application- “FOA.”
3. What makes data collection, entry and evaluation so important? There will be an introduction to the GPRA system.
Wednesday January 20, 2021 | 9:00 a.m.
Do you speak SAMHSA? Core components of a SAMHSA grant application.
The second course will include the major elements of a grant evaluation and data entry within the SPARS system. There will be an emphasis on the Project Narrative Components.
Wednesday January 27, 2021 | 9:00 a.m.
Do you speak SAMHSA? GPRA language in everyday life.
This course will provide information on sustaining the grant. It will include everything about GPRA, data collection, data entry and data evaluation, along with the five components of GPRA.
CEU’s will be offered by FADAA (1 CEU per webinar).
